• Domestic Orders: Orders typically take 2 business days to process and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
• International Orders: Orders typically take 2 business days to process and between 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Rates:

• Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and delivery location.
•  International shipping rates vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Customs and Import Duties

• For international orders, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Aastar Pte. Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
